Hi, I’m Jeanine Walton, a registered nurse with over 40 years of experience delivering compassionate, patient-centered care across a wide range of specialties.
Through my concierge nursing practice, I provide personalized, one-on-one support to individuals and families who value having a trusted, experienced professional by their side. My services include health assessments, ongoing monitoring, medication support, and clear guidance to help clients better understand and manage their health.
I also accompany clients to medical appointments when needed and work closely with physicians to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care, and appropriate follow-up so nothing important gets overlooked.
My goal is simple: to offer clarity, reassurance, and peace of mind, especially during times when navigating healthcare can feel overwhelming.
